Created by John 3 months ago
Malcolm was always a willing and active contributor in the community. in the late 70s and 80s he was a parent leader in the local 4th Beaconsfield scouts, taking the boys on hikes and running the scout football team. He was also core member of the Beaconsfield Cycle Paths Action Group and also the High March School Travel & Sustainability Working Party. He also helped to set up the Beaconsfield Residents Against Intrusive Development (BRAID) a local group that looked to protect the Green Belt and also resisted the over development of the town. Malcolm made many connections around the town and was respected for his contribution especially at meetings and local consultations.
